The Last Journey of Ninoy to be Presented by ABS-CBN on Sunday's Best

The Last Journey of Ninoy is a 160-minute documentary that chronicles the final eight days of the senator’s life: his fateful journey that took him to Los Angeles, Singapore, Johor, Hong Kong and Taipei before his assassination at the Gate 8 tarmac of the Manila International Airport on August 21, 1983. The Last Journey of Ninoy is produced by Unitel Productions with the Benigno S. Aquino Jr. Foundation (BSAF). On August 23, Sunday, ABS-CBN will air the Philippine TV Premiere of The Last Journey of Ninoy at 10:30 PM. Watch The Last Journey of Ninoy trailer after the jump.



Some reenactment scenes were inserted in this documentary and Bam Aquino plays his late uncle, Ninoy.

Yesterday, August 21,the 26th anniversary of Aquino’s assassination,The Last Journey of Ninoy premiered in cinemas nationwide. On Sunday, August 23, it will be broadcast simultaneously by ABS-CBN, ANC, TFC (The Filipino Channel) and through LIVE Video Streaming in the Internet.
