Murder suspect David Paradiso attacked a judge
David Paradiso, a suspect for killing his girlfriend Eileen Pelt, attacked the trying judge, Cinda Fox. David Paradiso was said to attack the San Joaquin County Superior Court Judge while having a break during trial. David Paradiso attacked the judge from behind and stabbed Cinda Fox on the arm. David Paradiso was shot to death by a court officer, Eric Bradley. More updates to come regarding the attack, and the death of the attacker, David Paradiso.
